
Youth must between the ages of 5 to 18 years of age.
Youth must be a legal resident of Washington State.
The youth has been diagnosed with a severe psychiatric disorder which significantly impacts the youth's ability to function safely and adaptively in a community setting, and requires the intensity and restrictiveness provided by a CLIP Program.
Due to the nature of the youth's psychiatric impairment, the youth possesses a risk to themselves, others or is gravely disabled which warrants care under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
Applicants 13 years of age and older must agree to enter a CLIP Program.
Community based mental health resources available in the community do not meet the treatment needs of the youth.
